These rates are a general guideline and subject to change.
Summer weeks $2200 Summer weekends $1500 based on availability.
If no weekly rental is scheduled, we will consider a weekend rental.
Winter rates $1800 weekend, extra nights $150 per night.
Winter seasonal rate $7,500 (plus utils)
Off season weekend rentals $1050. Off season pricing may be negotiable based on size of group.
Also a $115 cleaning fee will be added to rental fee and a security deposit will be required.
